Mr. Brock, a resident of Washington, DC for 15 years, is responsible for the development activities in the Mid Atlantic region. After graduating from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, he started his real estate career as a land broker, focused almost exclusively on urban infill multifamily projects. Two years later, Mr. Brock joined Fairfield Residential to shift his focus toward development. While there, he was responsible for site acquisition and planning, rezoning, financing, product development, and disposition of multifamily projects. Mr. Brock earned his MBA with a concentration in real estate from Johns Hopkins University in 2011.
