Mark Seck serves as Development Partner for the greater Boston area for JLB Partners and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development process, including site acquisition, design, entitlements, construction, and disposition.

Prior to joining JLB, Mark served as Director of Development for Wood Partners and was responsible for directing all phases of multifamily development from land sourcing & acquisition, design and permitting activities to construction and stabilization. Prior to Wood Partners, Mr. Seck held roles in acquisitions with GID and AEW Capital Management. In his career Mr. Seck has acquired, developed, and built more than 6,100 units totaling more than $1.8 billion in total capitalization.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science from Saint Joseph’s University. Mark is a Charted Financial Analyst and is an active member in ULI and REFA.
